I am an emerging landscape and animal artist following retirement after 40 years in healthcare. I work in watercolours and acrylics, to capture mood and light in all seasons. I love painting outdoors (in fine weather) and enjoy sketching my travels. I am a beekeeper who also paints honeybees and I am an allotment gardener cum environmentalist. I am proud to have exhibited my artwork and enjoy modest sales to discerning art lovers. I am an active member of Thornbury Art Club where I have given a talk about my favourite medium, fluid acrylics.
