I am a local visual artist experimenting with acrylics and focusing on detail and design. My work captures nature, incorporating small amphibians, insects and birds. With a background in teaching primary pupils art, crafts and observational drawing, I love learning from the Impressionists to develop my skills and try new ways to apply paint! Recently, my practice has shifted towards exploring new design with 3D elements. I have run a community workshop for a Ukrainian group, believing creativity is therapeutic and enriching. 'Sketch and Skulpt' course led by Shirley Sharp was extremely enjoyable and helped me to expand my skills.
